Absolutely amazing experience for our 10 year anniversary. We stayed in a 1 bedroom balcony suite which was beautifully designed and perfect for the two of us. The views from the balcony are gorgeous day and night. Very comfortable bed and lovely living room to relax and watch a film. The restaurant was superb, both Service and food was excellent! Definitely recommend the steaks! The spa was fantastic, we enjoyed every room and finished with smoothies in the sun! Staff again very knowledgeable and happy to help with anything! We had one complaint at checkout but it was dealt with superbly by both reception and management that we left completely satisfied. We can not wait to return and highly recommend to everyone.

Absolutly fantastic service staff amazing nothing was too much trouble i had to leave at 6am for work so i didnt miss out on breakfast they made a breakfast to go bag and a hot drink waiting at reception for me will definitely be back

Really nice Spa, great rooms and lovely food. The food really is exceptional and the venue and spa is nice and clean, it’s well worth a visit for someone who likes spa hotels, the treatment was excellent and the therapist seemed very caring and took pride in her work

It was the first time we've stayed since they extended the restaurant and bar area. The new layout is lovely and makes a feature of their wine display. We had a secluded booth for dinner. It was the best meal we've had in the restaurant for a long time. Normally we are looking at the starters and desserts and only fancy one or the other, this time the choice was much better and we had three courses each. Very impressed with the gruyere souffle with truffle and leek and the basque cheesecake with macerated strawberries. The Aqua Thermal Journey was as good as ever and we were lucky the rain stayed off and we had unexpected sunshine while we were outside. All in all a very relaxing experience. The staff are great throughout the hotel and we look forward to returning later in the year.

Amazing spa weekend. Me and my husband booked for our anniversary and this was so relaxing! We loved the outdoor jacuzzis and saunas and everything. The food was excellent in the restaurant for dinner and for breakfast. We also booked pedicures for the morning which was so nice and let me keep the nail varnish which was such a nice touch. The rooms were very comfortable and loved the Elemis toiletries. Was so nice to hang around in our robes. The best thing about this place was the staff. So incredibly friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely come back, we loved it so much!

Really enjoyed our day spa, easy to book online. We booked for 10am but were delayed due to traffic. Called to let them know and on arrival we were almost 30 minutes late, the reception team allowed us to start our spa at that time and changed the time of our lunch appointment. This was offered without us asking which was great. The spa was lovely, really relaxing. It was a rainy day and it was so nice to be in the (hot) outdoor pools in the rain! Changing rooms immaculate, GHD Hairdryers and straighteners available at each mirror point. Lockers free and readily available. Really lovely experience would definitely recommend.

Another amazing stay at Ribby Hall. Came for the aqua thermal journey and overnight stay which my husband has bought me from birthday . we were greeted by lovely reception staff and went up to our room . It was a lovely big room . There was also a card for us welcoming us back , what a lovely touch . The spa yet again was amazing, lovely staff and we enjoyed a couple of hours in the sun . In the evening we headed down to the Orangery again the staff were so welcoming and attentive .Food was amazing once again . Afterca good night's sleep we had a wonderful breakfast made with local produce . We then headed for an hour in the spa before checkout . An amazing stay with amazing staff and food . Well Done

Me and my partner came to the Spa for 3 days/2night to celebrate his birthday. We had the aqua thermal each day and 2 days of treatments. Everyday has been amazing! The facilities, people, food, everything. A big thank you for an amazing time!!

We stayed for a night with spa access evening meal and breakfast! Best thing about the stay is the staff, all of them are amazing and worth their weight in gold! All go the extra mile to produce amazing customer service! The spa was to us too busy, too many in there at once! Seemed to be full of hen do’s so for a couple it wasn’t relaxing due to the noise and groups hogging the pools. The restaurant, amazing! Food was incredible and staff even better! The room was okay, but the air con didn’t work so it was a really hot night and the fan in the bathroom just didn’t stop screaming all night! Overall pretty good
